The Site provides information about our residential design-build remodeling services in the Columbus, Ohio area and allows you to submit an inquiry or request a consultation. The Site is for informational purposes and to help you contact us.

2. No Contract Formed Through the Site

Using the Site, submitting an inquiry form, booking a consultation, or receiving an estimate from us does not create a contract for remodeling work. Any remodeling project is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by you and 1 of 1 Remodeling that describes the scope of work, price, payment schedule, and timeline. If anything on the Site conflicts with a signed project agreement, the signed agreement controls.

3. Estimates and Project Information

Any information on the Site about services, project types, or pricing ranges is general and for illustration only. It is not a quote or an offer. Actual project pricing depends on the scope of work, materials, site conditions, and other factors, and is provided only through a written estimate after a consultation. Estimates may change if the scope of work, selections, or conditions discovered on site change.
 

4. Consultations and Communications
 

When you submit an inquiry or book a consultation, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message, and email at the contact information you provide, to respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling or emailing at any time by contacting us directly. 5. Acceptable Use
 

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or collect content or data from the Site without our written permission

Nothing on the Site is professional engineering, architectural, legal, or building code advice. Any warranty on remodeling work is provided only in the signed project agreement, if one applies.
 

10. Limitation of Liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1 of 1 Remodeling and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This section applies to the Site only. Liability for remodeling work is governed by the signed project agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
 

11. Indemnification
 

You agree to defend and hold harmless 1 of 1 Remodeling and its owners and employees from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
 

12. Governing Law and Disputes
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Licking County, Ohio, where the business is based, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above shows the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
 

14. Severability
 

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
