3. Cookies, Pixels & Advertising Technologies (Meta Disclosure)
Our website uses cookies, the Meta Pixel, and/or the Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to understand how visitors interact with our site.

What this means, specifically:
When you visit our site, the Meta Pixel may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and actions taken on our site (for example, submitting a contact form or booking a consultation).
This information is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. and used to measure ad performance, build audiences for future advertising (including "retargeting" ads shown to people who previously visited our site), and improve ad delivery.
If you interact with our ads on Facebook or Instagram and later visit our site, Meta may connect that activity to your Meta account for these same purposes.
Meta processes this data according to its own privacy policy and data practices, which we do not control. You can review Meta's data policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/ and manage how your data is used for ads across Meta's platforms in your Meta Ad Preferences.

Other cookies our site may use:
- Essential cookies (required for the site to function, such as remembering form entries)
- Analytics cookies (to understand site traffic and usage patterns)
- Functional cookies (to remember preferences)

Your choices: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising generally through the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out page or the NAI opt-out page. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of our site function.

4. How We Share Information
We share information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run our business and website — for example, our website host (Wix), scheduling/calendar tools, and, if adopted, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform used to track and follow up on inquiries. These providers only access information needed to perform their function for us.
- Meta Platforms, Inc., as described in Section 3, for advertising measurement and delivery.
- Legal requirements. If required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 1 of 1 Remodeling, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers. If 1 of 1 Remodeling is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. Phone Calls & Texts
When you submit an inquiry form on our website, a member of our team will follow up by phone call and/or text message using the phone number you provide, to discuss your project and schedule a consultation.

By submitting your phone number through our inquiry form, you consent to receive calls and text messages from 1 of 1 Remodeling related to your inquiry, at the number provided, including from a member of our team reaching out manually. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask to stop receiving calls at any time by telling us directly.

We do not use automated dialing or texting systems for this outreach — calls and texts are sent manually by our team. We do not record phone calls.

6. Data Retention
We retain the information you provide for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, complete a project, maintain business records, and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Information collected via cookies and the Meta Pixel is retained according to Meta's own retention practices, which we do not control.

7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of having your data used for interest-based advertising (see Section 3)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information at the top of this policy. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it.

9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you provide. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party sites (for example, our Instagram profile or Google Business listing). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.
